• Merchandise returns for reasons other than our error are subject to a 20% handling charge.
• All returned items must be in their original boxes. No returns of worn or shelf-damaged items will be accepted.
• All claims/returns must be approved and made no later than 10 days after receipt of order (we reserve the right to revoke any claims).
• Customer is to pay all costs incurred in collecting a past due account. The jurisdiction of any legal dispute will be in Bellingham, WA
• A 2% monthly Finance Charge will be billed on past due invoices

• Any shipping charges/specials indicated during the online checkout process are applicable only to retail orders. (Wholesale customer shipping costs will be different from what is stated in the delivery box during checkout. Actual cost of shipping will be determined after your order has been packaged and weighed for shipment.)
